Paul begins by showing that those who have been justified in God's eyes have peace with God. Paul does not mean by this that we feel peaceful, that we experience no anxiety. He means that we are right with God. We are at peace with God from now and through eternity.

After proving that all men are guilty of sin and incapable of earning salvation, Paul explained how faith—not works—is the means by which God declares us righteous. Romans 5 begins with a powerful, joyful revelation of all that comes with being justified in God's eyes by our faith in Christ. We have peace with God.

In five brief verses in his Letter to the Romans Chapter 5, Paul gives us a path toward better, a path that leads from suffering to hope. Suffering, Paul tells us, can produce endurance, and endurance can produce character, and character can produce hope, when we are on this path.

Romans 1 begins with Paul's introduction of himself and his mission to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. After telling the Christians in Rome that he is eager to come see them and preach the gospel there, Paul declares that the gospel is God's power to save everyone who believes in Jesus.
There was no way, but God made a way. The word “but” in Scripture often introduces the message of the gracious and compassionate intervention of God. This simple term captures the nature of our God. He redeems, resurrects, and makes all things new. All seems lost and then we hear, “but God.” He intervenes.
Who is speaking in Romans Chapter 5?
In chapter 5, Paul explains a little more — and in the process, he says a few things that have caused questions for centuries. We will discuss these and notice the main point that Paul makes.
Romans 5:5 says that “hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” This experience of God's love for us is not mainly a logical inference. It is something poured out. It is something felt in the heart.
The global message of Romans is that all people everywhere have free access to the riches of God's grace in Christ as they respond in faith to the gospel.
Romans 5 is the fifth chapter of the Epistle to the Romans in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. It is authored by Paul the Apostle, while he was in Corinth in the mid-50s AD, with the help of an amanuensis (secretary), Tertius, who adds his own greeting in Romans 16:22.
The Bible commands us to pray for one another, “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working” (James 5:16, ESV). God manifests Himself in many ways when praying together and for each other.
He said to them, "When you pray, say: "`Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.
Notice what Paul says in verse one. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”The first thing mentioned is the fact (that Paul has already reiterated several times over) that we are justified by faith alone. To be justified is to be 'declared righteous.

If you are a believer, you have been justified. That means God has determined that He will notregard you as a guilty sinner but as His spotless, perfect child. In this simple process aredisplayed all the wonders of the love, grace, and mercy of our redeeming God.
Romans 5:1–11 describes these blessings and we will focus specifically on the idea of peace enumerated in verse 1. Peace, or irene in the Greek, is a term that carries several connotations.
What does Romans 5 2 means?
Now Paul adds that, also through Christ, we have obtained the most important thing in the universe: access to the grace of God by our faith in Christ. Grace means a good thing that is not deserved. What each of us deserved, because of our sin, was God's angry judgment. What we've been given, instead, is God's grace.
2 And that's not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand - out in the wide open spaces of God's grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise.
Following the arrest of Jesus, Peter denied knowing him three times, but after the third denial, he heard the rooster crow and recalled the prediction as Jesus turned to look at him. Peter then began to cry bitterly. This final incident is known as the Repentance of Peter.
We have been made right with God because of our faith. So we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through our faith, Christ has brought us into that blessing of God's grace that we now enjoy.
“Getting right” with God simply means to get in right standing in terms of the posture of your heart and obedience. That could be through repentance, prayer and fasting so that your flesh relinquishes its power and yields to Holy Spirit.
