PUBLIC TRANSIT
Supercross attendees can easily avoid vehicle parking stresses and traffic delays by riding the UTA to campus. The TRAX Red Line stops directly in front of the Rice-Eccles Stadium. Additionally, several UTA bus routes stop throughout campus. Visit rideuta.com to plan your trip.
BICYCLE PARKING
Attendees may park their bicycles on campus for free. To find indoor and outdoor bicycle parking near your destination, select the ‘Transportation’ menu on the Campus Map.
ROAD IMPACTS
Starting May 10 at 5 to May 13 at 5 a.m.
All eastbound lanes on 500 South (from Guardsman Way to 1300 East) will be closed.
During this time, two westbound lanes will remain open.
The north and south sidewalks along 500 South will remain open for pedestrians and cyclists.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured either south to 800 South or north to South Campus Drive. We are recommending those using 400 South to access campus daily use alternative routes during this time. Using 900 East to 800 South should avoid traffic congestion expected at 500 South and 1300 East.
