  • Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section

  • Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.

  • End item means the final production product when assembled or completed and ready for delivery under a line item of this contract.

  • Bulky Items means large items of a household nature including but not limited to furniture, stoves, mattresses, bed springs, barrels, water tanks, dishwashers, oil tanks, and pieces of fencing.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.

  • Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.

  • Scrap means property that has no value except for its basic material content. For purposes of demilitarization, scrap is defined as recyclable waste and discarded materials derived from items that have been rendered useless beyond repair, rehabilitation, or restoration such that the item’s original identity, utility, form, fit, and function have been destroyed. Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not “scrap.”

  • Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(c).

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Parent item means the item assembly, intermediate component, or subassembly that has an embedded item with a unique item identifier or DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Cost of materials means the cost of components, parts or materials which are intended for the production, manufacturing or assembling of the goods bid for and which are not produced, manufactured or assembled in the factory where the production, manufacture or assembly of such goods occurs, including freight, landing costs, port charges, import duties and other import costs of such components, parts or materials and all costs in connection with the handling and transport thereof prior to delivery at that factory;

  • Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packag- ing and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.

  • Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.

  • Upgrade means the addition or retrofit of some systems such as cathodic protection, lining, or spill and overfill controls to improve the ability of an underground storage tank system to prevent the release of product.

  • Nonconforming structure means a structure or part of a structure that does not conform to the present bylaws but was in conformance with all applicable laws, bylaws, and regulations prior to the enactment of the present bylaws, including a structure improperly authorized as a result of error by the Floodplain Administrator. Structures that were in violation of the flood hazard regulations at the time of their creation, and remain so, remain violations and are not nonconforming structures.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Consumables means all items which are consumed in the execution of the Work, without being directly incorporated in the Work, such as fuel, electricity, water, POL, welding rods, electrodes and utilities.

  • Disputed Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b)(3)(A).

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
