Per Home Hacks, TJ Maxx's array of price tag colors can initially be confusing.
The white tag indicates the regular price of an item, the red tag signifies the clearance price, while the yellow tag shows the final clearance price which will give you the best bargain.
A blue tag, on the other hand, means the item has another piece that goes with it.
And, if you're lucky enough to come across an item with a purple price tag during your outing, hold on to it.

This means that your piece is a high-end designer item straight from the runway.
Larger TJ Maxx metropolitan stores have a section labeled the 'runway,' so you can easily locate these items.
If you're looking for more TJ Maxx tips, previously, TJ Maxx super fan Becky Guiles shared some insider knowledge on the store.
One of Guile's top tips was in relation to the "three-week-rule."
This will help you not miss out on bargains.
"The goal of each store is to only have that particular item on hand for only three weeks," Guiles revealed.
"If you see something, and it's a good price, make sure you scoop it up."
If not, the item will be taken off shelves if it's not purchased in the allotted time period.
