I have been trying since October to cancel my subscription. I would like to know how I can sue Intuit for my monies account terrible customer service.

Let me offer help and share how you can cancel your QuickBooks Desktop subscription.
To start with, you can log in to your account management portal and look for your billing and subscription. Let me show you how.
- Go tocamps.intuit.com.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop.
- UnderProduct and Services, select your subscription.
- ClickDetails.
- On theBilling Informationsection, selectCancel Subscription.
- ClickSaveand Close.

I appreciate you for sending the form with the driver's license to change the admin. And I'll point you in the right direction.
This is not the experience I want you to feel with our website and support. I'll take note of this problem and forwarded it to our higher to action on it.
As much as I want to resolve your concern as soon as possible, but I'm unable to that here in the Community. It is because this is a public assembly, and unable to pull your account.
With this, I'd still suggest communicating with our chat support. They have tools to change the admin on your account or cancel your account on your behalf.

- Complete the required information.
- HitSubmit.

@Gilrac011 STOP putting so much personal information on the internet. The ENTIRE world has access to this community and can and WILL try and scam you.
I get that you not only want, but NEED the money, as well as the help, but STOP putting yourself in a position to be scammed out of even more.
If you want to sue Intuit, contact an attorney.

I completely agree!! I have been trying to cancel my account and keep getting the runaround. None of the links they send works and when I call the phone disconnects. Hopefully my attorney can get through. I have HAD IT with this company.

Any resolution to this issue. Short of cancelling our credit card we have not been able to cancel the payroll subscription. We have not been in business since October of 2020 and still getting charged $45 each month. Tried cancelling but the log in information doesn't work and customer support is horrible.

As of now, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so an agent can do a screen-share with you and verify the issue further.
You can contact our phone agents through the Help menu and then selecting QuickBooks Desktop Help.

Recently Quick Books tech support said I have the software. When I went to get a new application for my then new laptop I was told QB Premier was an upgrade, apparently not in my case. We got it switched over, I paid for QB Pro install. Now I get a payment due, but I cannot log on to cancel or anything else. I admit I have used a few different log on names over the years. But this is not right, user name, password then a code to my phone (which I think is usually a good thing) and it starts over again, please log in. You have to fix this!!

I have cancelled my subscription twice, using information given on this and other intuit help sites. I thought that I was clearly cancelled. I am being charged every month anyway. I see from this site that this is not uncommon. There is no direct phone number and today I was sent to a UK chat.
I was given poor information at the start of the subscription and that is part of the reason I am cancelling. I am throwing in the towel and blocking payment. I have never in my whole life done such a thing. Customer service and instructions on the website are terrible. I am lead to believe in a company of this size and stature, that Intuit is not concerned with their customers, and perhaps is happy to get an extra month or two of income from many of them.

You can see which account the charge is coming from through theCAMPS website. Don't worry. It's a simple process. Here's how:
- Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
- HitView your transaction history.
- Choose a date range in theTime Perioddrop-down menu.
- Press the order numbers to see specific details.
Once you got the details, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to get the account canceled. They have the tools to help fix this problem.

I have also tried to cancel several times and with no success. The last "person" I chatted with said my subscription was cancelled but I am still getting changed.
I expect to receive all of the back payment since the time I started trying to cancel.

It is nearly impossible to reach a human being and when you do there is such a language barrier, I can't understand them. I think this is all done on purpose and they outsource overseas, all people in the phone support dept.

Can you also tell us what subscription you're trying to cancel? In the meantime, I'll share these steps on how to cancel a QuickBooks Desktop subscription:
- Log into your CAMPs account.
- Select the QuickBooks Desktop Account you want to modify.
- Proceed to the Products & Services area, then selectDetails beside the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Verify this is the product or service you no longer need, then selectCancel Serviceunder Active
- Please let us know why you are leaving so we can improve our services. After providing any details (optional), selectContinue to cancel.
- Confirm your cancelation by selectingCancel Now.
You will also be receiving an email notification about the cancellation that you've made. Additional details about making changes to your account are discussed here:

I am with you and think we need to start a class action suit. I have been attempting to cancel for more than a year. Intuit QuickBooks are thieves. Each month my bank account is raped 39.00 with now way of canceling. I think a class action suit is at hand from what I am reading. I am not the only person in this boat

When you call intuit on the phone and get the robot service and they ask why you are calling tell them you want to speak to a human. It will then ask you if they can send you the information tell them NO. they will connect you to a human and he/she will cancel and do what else is needed quickly. You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes when it is done.

I can see how safer to have to delete the cards linked to your QuickBooks Desktop subscription.
