Okay, so I want my sim to ask for a loan from his girlfriend or close friend, how come this interaction isn't available? Is it a trait specific interaction? Thanks.

Yeah, you have to have level 7+ charisma to ask for loans. It's 8 or 9 to ask for a large loan, I think. It has been a while since my sim mastered it.

Is there a list of what skills can open up new interactions? I might want to have some poor Sims just beg everybody and not make them collect etc. to earn money. I like new interactions but not sure in this game how to get them all. Thanks.

I had this interaction many times, but i never used it, cause my sim had a lot money for himself. He was also to co*cky to ask it to another sim.
But what do you get and how does it work? can someone share some pics of it? I wonder when it gets denied and how much you get when you ask for a small or big loan?gr

Okay, thanks.. I wasn't sure how my sim was able to ask for a loan, I thought it was something any sim could ask their close sims. So there are for sure no traits that allow you to ask for loans regardless of charisma level? Maybe I'll experiment and see what happens with the frugal and similar traits.
