Can you view sold items in OfferUp?
View purchase history
Go to your account. Tap Purchases & sales. Make sure you're in the Transactions tab. Tap any item for details.
Log out of your account, then log back in and try your action again. Restart your device. Switch between your wireless internet and cellular data, in case the problem is related to your connection. Uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure you're using the most recent version.
Once an item is marked as sold, the status can't be changed to unsold. If you'd still like to sell the item, you'll have to create a new post to make it available to buyers and searchable again. Because marking an item as sold is permanent, wait until you fully complete the sale before marking items as sold.
Note: Sold items are automatically archived after 30 days. Your items are never deleted and you will always have access to them in your archived folder.
Go to your Selling tab, tap on the item, and select View messages. In some cases, you may need to unarchive an item to view old messages.
Furniture is probably one of the best things to sell on OfferUp because it's where people go to buy couches, side tables and dining room sets. If you are moving or want to get rid of some old furniture, you will probably find a buyer on OfferUp quickly and get a good price for your item.
When someone is great at responding to offers, they earn a special reply rate badge. Badges can show a reply rate of 75%, 85%, 95%, or 100% based on the person's activity over the previous 120 days.

- The seller makes an offer for an item that seems too good to be true. ...
- The buyer offers more than the listed price. ...
- The seller claims to pay for shipping fees and wants to send you an invoice.
Keep in mind, the offer will be canceled automatically if the seller doesn't accept or declines it within 24 hours. Once the seller accepts the offer, you've made a commitment to buy and will not be able to cancel.
Show other people on OfferUp that you're a trusted member of the community by earning badges for your profile. We'll add these badges when you meet certain criteria, like being reliable with messaging and shipping, or when you've verified your info with us.
Why does OfferUp keep removing my post?
Sometimes an item on OfferUp gets removed because it doesn't follow our guidelines. This may be because the way it was posted didn't follow our posting rules. Possible issues include inaccurate photos or descriptions, duplicate listings, or including other content we don't allow.
- Tap Offers.
- Tap Selling.
- To see items you sold or archived, tap Archive.
Tap Archived in the upper right corner. Tap Unarchive next to the item you would like to unarchive. To view the messages associated with this item, tap. and find the item you unarchived, then tap the item to view the messages on the Item dashboard screen.
When you view your promotion results, you'll see how many unique buyers viewed your item.
Make sure you have your transaction ID. To find it, go to your Inbox, select the message about the item, and tap View receipt.
