What do I do if my TD account is locked? ›

During any period during which your Profile is locked (which may be permanent), you will not be able to access your Profile and will not be able to access any saved Applications. If you have a problem or concern you may call TD toll free at 1-800-983-2582 (English) or 1-800-983-8472 (French), or visit us at any branch.

The TD Authenticate app is a separate app that you can use to generate a security verification code without the need for texts or phone calls when logging into EasyWeb or WebBroker. You can access the TD Authenticate app wherever you are because it doesn't require Wi-Fi or cell phone reception.

If you find yourself being locked out of online banking (even though you know your password is right!), it could be caused by not properly logging out the last time you accessed your online banking via the mobile app or web browser.

If your account is frozen because of activity you know is legitimate, go to the bank with proof. If you prove there's no reason for the freeze, the bank can grant you full access to the account again. But do so promptly, as you may have limited time to make a claim.

Tell us who you are. On the TD app login page, select 'Forgot password'. Fill in the Username or Access Card # field and select Next at the bottom of the screen.

How do I find my TD EasyWeb transit number? ›

If you do NOT have a cheque, you can locate your account information in Easyweb on the View Account page. The first set of numbers (4 digits) is your branch (or transit) number. The second set (7 digits) is your account number. If your account number only has 6 digits but a form requires 7, simply add a 0 to the start.
