What does Collateral(Equity) in the ‘funds’ mean?

Traders can utilize collateral margins for trading futures, selling options, and conducting intraday equity trades. If stocks or ETFs are pledged, the Collateral (Equity) amount can be viewed under the funds tab on Kite.
