Utah ranks 11th in educational attainment, 8th in quality of education
It’s no secret that college opens doors to more career opportunities or that, generally, the more education a person receives, the higher their income potential and the lower their chances of unemployment. Utah has consistently ranked high for the quality and cost of higher education.
And, according toa newstudy by WalletHub, Utah continues to receive top education rankings. The study ranks Utah as 11th for educational attainment and 8th in quality of Education, with an overall ranking as the the 11th mosteducated state in America.

The study looked at education across all 50 states, to determine the nation’s most (and least) educated states. The study examined the key factors of a well-educated population: educational attainment, school quality, and achievement gaps between genders and races.

Utah also came in 2nd forthe highest percentage of adults with either an associates degree or college-experience.
