STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island’s high-end residential real estate market remained competitive in 2021 — even amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic — with high-priced homes in the borough setting a record: For the first time ever, the top 10 highest selling properties sold for more than $2 million each.
According to records provided by the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR), Staten Island’s highest priced home sold for $4.35 million on Todt Hill, followed by a $3 million listing in Tottenville. And while the bulk of these pricey properties are clustered on Todt Hill, several of the well-heeled homes are located on the South Shore.
