You might find your systems don't meet some or all of the minimum requirements to run QuickBooks Desktop. Usually you can upgrade your system to meet all the requirements. If you don't have any outstanding issue with QBD 2023, you don't have to upgrade to 2024. You can still use QBD 2023 until May 2026 as long as you pay the renewal.
