Related to Surrender form
Surrender when used with respect to American Depositary Shares, shall mean (i) one or more book-entry transfers of American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of the Depositary, (ii) delivery to the Depositary at its Office of an instruction to surrender American Depositary Shares not evidenced by a Receipt or (iii) surrender to the Depositary at its Office of one or more Receipts evidencing American Depositary Shares.
Surrender Value means an amount, if any, that becomes payable in case of Surrender of the Policy in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Policy.
Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by holders of IRC Shares, in the form accompanying the IRC Circular.
Surrender Charge means a charge levied on the Fund Value at the time of surrender of the Policy.
Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.
Notice of Transfer With regard to Distressed Mortgage Loans that will become Transferred Mortgage Loans, the notice given by the related Prior Servicer (if such Prior Servicer is Aurora) to the Master Servicer, the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer or by the Master Servicer (if the related Prior Servicer(s) are not Aurora) to the Prior Servicer(s), the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Offer Form means the Offer Form set out in Part 3 of this Tender Document;
Exercise Form means an Exercise Form in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
Proper Form means a payment sent by mail or courier that:
Book entry form or “book entry system” means a form or system under which (i) the ownership of book entry interests in Bonds and the principal of and interest on the Bonds may be transferred only through a book entry and (ii) physical Bond certificates in fully registered form are issued by the City only to a Depository or its nominee as registered owner, with the Bonds deposited and maintained in the custody of the Depository or its agent. The book entry maintained by others than the City is the record that identifies the owners of book entry interests in those Bonds and that principal and interest.
Letter of Transmittal means the letter of transmittal to be prepared by the Company and sent to all Holders of the Notes for use by such Holders in connection with the Exchange Offer.
Subscription Form means the subscription forms attached hereto.
Stock Certificate With respect to a Cooperative Loan, a certificate evidencing ownership of the Cooperative Shares issued by the Cooperative.
Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.
Order Form means the ordering document for a Cloud Service that references the GTC.
registered premises means a location that is licensed pursuant to this chapter and includes:
Option Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing an Option;
Beneficiary form means a registration of a security which indicates the present owner of the security and the intention of the owner regarding the person who will become the owner of the security upon the death of the owner.
Cooperative Stock Certificate With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the stock certificate or other instrument evidencing the related Cooperative Stock.
Postcard Notice means the Postcard Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursem*nt of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4 to Exhibit A, which is to be mailed to Settlement Class Members.
Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
Deed of Transfer means a deed to be entered into between SZC Co and the Suffolk Community Foundation providing for the payment of some or all of the Sizewell C Community Fund for the purpose of mitigating the intangible and residual impacts of the Project by enhancing the quality of life of communities within the Area of Benefit;
Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
