Series F Shares

means Series F currency hedged mutual fund shares or Series F non-currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund, as applicable.

Series F Shares

means 8,090,159 (eight million ninety thousand one hundred fifty nine) Equity Shares issued and allotted to SVF by the Company pursuant to the terms of the SVF Series F SSA;
