In real life, the Derby, Montana property is the Chief Joseph Ranch, and a couple of the cabins are available to rent. Visitors can choose between the Ben Cook Cabin, which many viewers will recognize as Rip's refuge in the first season, and The Fisherman's Cabin, which Lee Dutton occupied during season one.
