Apple Podcasts User Guide
You can prevent people who use your Mac from accessing podcasts with explicit content.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)If Screen Time is off, turn it on.
Click Content & Privacy, then make sure “Restrict explicit content, purchases, downloads, and privacy settings” is on.
Do any of the following:
Restrict podcasts with explicit content: Click Store Restrictions, then turn off Allow Explicit Music, Podcasts and News.
Turn off the app on an iOS or iPadOS device: Click App Restrictions, then turn off Allow Podcasts in the Allowed on iOS section.
