How can I order a new card?

You can easily order a replacement Stock-Back® Card1 24/7 right from your Stash account. Your new card should arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days.

Follow these steps:

On the app:

  1. Login to the Stash app.
  2. Tap Bank at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the image of your card.
  4. Tap Replace Card.
    1. If you haven’t received your card yet, tap I never received my card.
  5. Follow the prompts to replace your card.

On the web:

  1. Login to the Stash website.
  2. Click Bank at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Account Management.
  4. Scroll down and click Replace Card.

  5. Follow the prompts to replace your card.

Note: If your address recently changed, enter your new address when prompted while you’re ordering your new card.

Can I still use my old card while I’m waiting for my new one?

If you reported your Stash Stock-Back® Card lost or stolen, your old card will no longer work. You will need to wait until your replacement Stock-Back® Card arrives to use your card.1

If your card was damaged, or if you never received your replacement card, you can continue to use your current Stock-Back® card number.

If you have any automatic payments set up with your old Stock-Back® Card number, please update your card information after you activate your new card.

How do I activate my new card?

After you receive your Stock-BackCard, you can activate it right in the app. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to the Stash app.
  2. Tap Bank at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Activate.
  4. Enter your card information and tap Activate Card. Your card is now ready to use!

How do I change my PIN?

You can reset your PIN quickly in your Stash account.

Follow these steps to reset your PIN:

In the app:

  1. Login to the Stash app.
  2. Tap Bank at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the settings gear icon on the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Select Reset Card PIN.
  5. Enter a new 4 digit PIN, then re-enter your new PIN.

On the web:

  1. Login to the Stash website.
  2. Click Bank at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Account management.
  4. Click. Reset card PIN.
  5. Enter a new 4 digit PIN, then re-enter your new PIN.
