1. Apex Blue Pearl

We know it simply as S2000 blue, the Apex Blue Pearl is one of the most popular paint colors found on the S2K. This deep blue with pearl is unlike any other car manufacturer's offering at the time, and if you love the S2K, you probably love this color on it. This color was only ever applied to 200 Club Racer models, in 2008 and 2009, and if you find one without AC, you've got one of just 21.

This color's official paint code is B-554P.

2. Berlina Black

A wise man once said, "always bet on black" and that couldn't be more true. When in doubt, go with black and the Berlina Black is extremely sleek on the S2000, complementing it's smooth design and extreme performance. About 10,500 S2000 sports cars were made over the years in Berlina Black.

This color's code is NH-547.

3. Chicane Silver Metallic

The Chicane Silver Metallic is another very popular color for the S2000, giving it a Teutonic feel. This unique silver is a mixture of grey and silver, and it is well-loved amongst S2K enthusiast, adding tremendous elegance to a very sporty car. Chicane Silver is one of three different silver/grey paints offered, and is rarer that Sebring Silver Metallic, or Silverstone Metallic, with just 760 cars rolling off the line in this paint.

This color's code is NH-745M.

4. Grand Prix White

The Grand Prix White isn't a pure white, but a beautiful pearly color. This white contrasts awesomely with a black convertible top, and if you see it with the red interior, you will know why Honda fans love this color on their S2000s. Over 4600 Grand Prix White S2k were made between 2000 and 2009, but just 90 of them were Club Racers, and those all had a black/yellow interior.

This color's code is NH-565.

5. New Formula Red

You won't see a more beautiful color than the New Formula Red, which is a bright red hue that makes the S2000 stand out from a mile away. This is one of the most popular colors, with over 9,500 S2Ks painted this shade from 2000 to 2009.

This color's code is R-510.

6. Rio Yellow Pearl

We all know and love the Rio Yellow Pearl. Although yellow doesn't always look good, this paint looks great on the S2000. The Rio Yellow Pearl has the brightness of the yellow, mixed with the depth of the pearl, making it extremely unique, and fairly rare with just 2700 examples. There is another, darker yellow called Spa Yellow Pearl, only offered on 2001-03 models that is more common with over 3500 cars painted that hue.

This color's code is Y-65P.

7. Suzuka Blue Metallic

The Suzuka Blue Metallic is almost half way between the Chicane Silver and Apex Blue, and not as dark as the Laguna Blue. This light blue color is extremely visually pleasing, and has its fans, attracting less attention than a bright red, or yellow car would from police. Although not as popular as New Formula Red or Berlina Black, over 6,000 S2Ks in Suzuka Blue Metallic were sold between 2000 and 2009.

This color's code is B-513M.

Forum member DarrenDriven put together a very comprehensive reference guide to paint colors and production numbers in a forum thread here.
