(NASDAQ: FDBC), parent company of The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, announce their declaration of the Company’s 2023 first quarter dividend of $0.36 per share, a 9% increase above the prior year’s first quarter dividend paid of $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable March 10, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2023.
