Infinite loading screens are some of the most annoying bugs to manage in a game. This bug is often game-breaking as it doesn’t allow you to access the game at all. There’s not much use in trying to figure out WHY this glitch occurs, as it can happen due to a myriad of reasons. However, there’s an easy way to fix this glitch as well. • Minimise GTA Online and open Task Manager.
• Navigate to the Performance tab and find the Resource Monitor option.

Although most of the update went smoothly enough, some players didn’t enjoy this change. This was primarily due to the fact that their in-game online avatars weren’t being selected. Instead, players were redirected to the character creation screen. However, there is a fix for this. All you need to do is go to the game’s Main Menu when you’re shown the character creation screen. From there, start the GTA 5 single-player mode. The single-player mode allows you to play as your GTA Online character. So, switch to your GTA Online character, exit the story mode, and return to GTA Online‘s invite session. This should fix the error.
