This two-year rotational program develops future leaders in Consumer & Community Banking. You’ll have the opportunity to build and execute new product features, perform P&L forecasting, execute customer engagement strategies and provide recommendations on how to manage risk effectively.
On-the-job experience
You may be developing new product features, implementing profitability strategies, building campaigns to increase customer loyalty or developing risk-based models. Your variety of experiences will help shape our business as you become a general manager.
Training
You’ll benefit from a rigorous development curriculum that includes leadership, management and technical training, exposure to our businesses, products, services and strategies, and personal career mapping. You’ll be supported by fellow colleagues and program graduates.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll apply your general management expertise into other roles within Consumer & Community Banking.
