Related to Category of Membership
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
Class A Membership Interest means a Class A Membership Interest in Holdings.
Class B Membership Interest means a Class B Membership Interest in Holdings.
New Members For purposes of this section “New Member” is defined by PEPRA to be any of the following (statutory reference is to the California Government Code):
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
Units means the Class A Units and any other Class of Units authorized in accordance with this Agreement, which shall constitute interests in the Partnership as provided in this Agreement and under the Act, entitling the holders thereof to the relative rights, title and interests in the profits, losses, deductions and credits of the Partnership at any particular time as set forth in this Agreement, and any and all other benefits to which a holder thereof may be entitled as a Partner as provided in this Agreement, together with the obligations of such Partner to comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Membership service means service as an employee rendered while a contributing member of the
Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].
Panel Member means a Representative Subscriber appointed by a Panel Master for the purposes of receiving one or more invitations to an Electronic Workspace(s) and acting for the Panel Master in a given Conveyancing Transaction.
Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Membership Interest A Member’s entire Interest in the Company including such Member’s Economic Interest and the right, if any, to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Operating Agreement.
General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.
Country of Residence means:
Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;
Membership Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
School entity means a school district, intermediate
Limited Partnership Interest means the ownership interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership at any particular time, including the right of such Limited Partner to any and all benefits to which such Limited Partner may be entitled as provided in this Agreement and in the Act, together with the obligations of such Limited Partner to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement and of such Act.
Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.
Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
