Cassidy Bullock (1)

Cassidy and three of his men break into Lodge Lodge, where Veronica are her friends are staying. After the four crooks have taken some valuables, Cassidy decides to make sure his victims know how powerful he is by beating them with a bat. Unbeknownst to Cassidy, Veronica managed to trigger an alarm which alerted her allies that she was in danger. Once the thieves have learned this fact, they take off running with Archie chasing after them. Cassidy doesn't get far and is tackled by Archie. Immediately after Archie rips the hood off Cassidy, Andre steps out of the shadows, telling Archie to leave. After being ensured by Andre that Cassidy would be dealt with, Andre then shoots him.[1]

Much later, when Archie is being inaugurated as student body president, Sheriff Minetta arrests him for the murder of Cassidy Bullock. Archie's protests falls on deaf ears. As Archie is being led away, his eyes meet with a jovial Hiram Lodge, who has framed Archie.[2]

Season 3[]

Cassidy Bullock (2)

Three months have passed since that fateful evening in the school gymnasium where Archie was framed by Hiram Lodge and arrested for Cassidy's murder. However, unbeknownst to many in the courtroom, Cassidy was actually killed by Andre. Before the jury could finish deliberating, the Judge postponed the trial until after Labor Day.

Cassidy appears in Archie's dream. He is chased down through the woods but instead of being shot and killed by Andre, he is killed by Archie.

Cassidy Bullock (3)

Labor Day weekend is over and Archie's trial is now in session. However, the jury could not reach a verdict. They're deadlocked. Six-to-six. With that, the jury is dismissed. And so, in lieu of another trial, the State is prepared to offer a deal for a lesser sentence, Ms. Wright says. Instead of prison, time served plus two years in juvenile detention, if Archie will plead guilty to the crime of manslaughter. Despite his mother's counsel, Archie takes the deal and is taken directly from the courthouse to the Leopold and Loeb Juvenile Detention Center, where he will serve out his sentence.[3]

Cassidy Bullock (4)

Cassidy, along with the Shadow Lake boys, briefly appear in Archie's dream/hallucination. After Archie is attacked by a bear on the trail, he wakes up to the sight of Cassidy Bullock with a bullet in his head and the three other Shadow Lake boys playing Gryphons and Gargoyles. Archie concludes that he must be dreaming or hallucinating from the loss of blood as they are all dead. However, Cassidy attempts to concise him otherwise, claiming that they’re really there and that it’s all real. However, Archie recalls being framed for Cassidy’s murder and finding the Shadow Lake boys in a cave after they’d been shot by Sheriff Minetta. Cassidy tells Archie that the only way to return to Eldervair is to play G&G.

Cassidy Bullock (5)

Archie continues his game with Cassidy and the Shadow Lake boys. The challenge reveals the weakness, which keeps him from winning. His card puts him face to face with the Black Hood. Archie finds himself in Pop’s during his first encounter with the Black Hood just moments before he shoots Fred. However, this time, Archie tackles the Black Hood to the ground and kills him. Archie returns with the hood as proof. However, Cassidy and the Shadow Lake boys are gone. In their place is Warden Norton.[4]
