When you can cancel or withdraw a request
First, check the status of your request. If the Host has already accepted it, then it’s subject to their cancellation policy. If it’s still pending, you can cancel, and you won’t be charged for the reservation or the service fees.
If a guest withdraws a request before you respond, it's likely because they booked another place. If they did it by mistake, just ask them to send a new request.

If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount for the nights not stayed. If the reservation is canceled anytime between 48 hours and 30 days before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.

Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader's Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.

A withdrawal request takes up to 2 working day to reflect in your bank account. If it has been over 48 hours since you made the request, we request you to check with your bank first. If you still have a query, we would be happy to help you.
