1. Papergoods
I have been buying toilet paperand paper towels from Amazon for a few years now. I was leery at first, but the price almost always beats what I can find in the stores, even with coupons!
It is nice to be able to buy the brand I love and still save. When looking for the best deals on toilet paper and paper towels, check to see if the product you are buying offers Subscribe & Save, this will save you even more money automatically.

2. Fashion Accessories
I cannot tell you how many times I have found cute jewelry, scarves and other accessories at very nice prices on Amazon. If I am looking to accessorize a new outfit I always check Amazon first. The next time you are looking for something, whether it be a necklace, a scarf or even bows for the girls, check Amazon first.
3. Cleaning Supplies
Really? Yep! Probably my favorite cleaning supplies to purchase from Amazon are Lysol Wipes and Finish Dishwasher tabs.
Finish is my favorite dishwasher tab (I think they work great), but they can be so expensive in the store. Like paper goods, look for Subscribe & Save deals to reduce your cost. You can even find eCoupons you can clip, reducing your price even more.
Every time I see these products at a good price on Amazon, I stock up so I’ll be set for a while!
4. Books and eBooks
Amazon is a great place to find all types of books to read! I have found physical books for myself and the kids for much cheaper then book store costs. I have also found eBooks for FREE and cheap many times.
Did you know that you don’t need a Kindle to read Kindle books? I know that might sound contradictory, but it’s true. You can download thisfree Kindle reading app for your smart phone, tablet or computer and download books straight to it.
5. Baby Items
I don’t have a baby anymore, but I am always on the look out for good deals on diapers and wipes for baby showers. Amazon is a great place to buy name brand diapers and wipes for less! To get the very best deal on baby items, you can become an Amazon Mom member.
If you are already an Amazon Prime member, Amazon Mom is FREE. When available, Amazon Mom can save you as much as 20% more! Also look for eCoupons and Subscribe & Save offers for baby items.
6. Movies
We love buying movies for the kids for Christmas and birthdays and our kids love receiving them. Amazon has a huge selection of DVD and Blu-ray movies, often priced at really low prices. My favorite deals are when I find movies anywhere from$1-5.
If you don’t care for physical movies, but are an Amazon Prime member, you can streammovies and TV shows for as little as FREE! There are literally thousands of titles to choose from.
7. Kitchen Gadgets
I don’t think I can tell you all of the great things I have bought for my kitchen (or as gifts for someone else’s kitchen). There really are so many different deals you can grab for way less then in the stores!
Some of the most popular items I’ve found include these baking scoops, Rachel Ray Cookwareand SO much more! Amazon is the first place I look for deals on kitchen supplies.

Toys are great to buy on Amazon anytime of year, but especially in the months leading up to Christmas. Don’t fight the crowds in the stores only to find out the toy you are looking for is sold out.

9. Office & School Supplies
You can often find nice deals on printers and ink on Amazon. I bought my wireless laser printerfrom Amazon a few years ago and it is still working great. Amazon often has toner at reduced prices.
In my opinion, toner is way cheaper then ink cartridges for ink jet printers. Toner gets marked down frequently, so I can usually find it for cheap when I need a new one.
I hadn’t looked for school supplies on Amazon until this year, but I was pleasantly surprised at how many dealsI was able to find. Some of these deals may have been slightly more then what I could find in the stores during a sale, but with supplies to buy for 8 kids, I was happy to have the option of things shipped to my door for FREE.
10. Clothing
Ok, I know what you’re thinking. Clothing? Really? To which I respond, yes clothing! You can often find deals for kids as well as mom and dad.
My favorite piece of clothing I have bought from Amazon have to be my leggings!They are super comfortable, keep everything where it should be AND keep me warm during outside sporting events.
I have also purchased coats for my kids and shoes for myself! If you are scared of buying clothing items from Amazon, read through the recent ratings.

There are so many other items I buy from Amazon, but these are by far my top items you should be buying from Amazon. I love finding a great deal, but with 8 kids now, I love convenience, too. One of the children needed a new easy to clean stainless steel water bottle and I needed a bottle opener and I went straight to Amazon!
If I can find an item on Amazon that has a comparable price to what I’ve seen in the store that’s a good deal to me. What is an even better deal is if I get FREE delivery straightto my door. I just don’t have the time to drive from store to store looking for deals.
