ENBD has some good benefits though apart from the miles. Access to a lot of airline lounges and car breakdown cover are two perks I use and value. ADCB does get you gold status plus 50,000 miles (the miles alone make it a good deal) but I had to battle ADCB endlessly for 6 months to get that status.
ADCB is considered the best bank in Dubai for a savings account, specifically aimed at the UAE nationals as well as for residents with a valid visa. To open their Active Saver Account, all that is required is for you to be at least 21 years old and have an existing ADCB current or savings account.

Investing in Fixed Deposits (FD) is considered one of the best investment options for people who are looking for good stable returns without exposing themselves to volatile market risk. FDs are offer better return than any saving accounts but this benefits of keeping your money in FD goes beyond the good return rate.
If you want to invest a huge amount in a fixed deposit, you can do the same by splitting up into FDs with smaller amounts and avail yourself of the insurance for every deposit.
