Jonathan Sidwell, MBA is an investment banker and the founder of Sidwell Investment Group. He was Mike Ross' boss, but fired him after discovering Mike intended to cut him out of his deal with Charles Forstman.

Mike was able to get him out of prison by working with Harvey's old mentor, Cameron Dennis, to keep Frank Gallo in prison at his parole hearing in exchange. After being freed from prison, he returned to his life as a businessman, gaining the biggest corner office at his firm.
In the end, Harvey and Mike reconcile, leaving Louis behind. After having pleaded guilty to bribery, Ava Hessington gets arrested because Cameron Dennis now wants to link her to the murders of six protestors committed by the foreign colonel she bribed.

Does Rachel Zane go to Harvard?
After Rachel Zane's application to study at Harvard Law School was rejected, as seen in "Normandy" (season 2 episode 15), she negotiated an exception to the Harvard rule and went to Columbia Law School.
The secret is out! On Wednesday's midseason finale of Suits, Louis finally caught onto the fact that Mike didn't go to Harvard and that his colleagues have been covering for the faux lawyer.
He's not in jail now, but he could be soon. On the relationship circuit, Mike and Rachel are clearly still struggling, but there's nothing in here that makes us believe that they will be splitting up forever.
Five years later, Hardman returns after his wife passes away, and successfully regains his former position as managing partner. With the help of Mike Ross, Hardman is ousted for a second time and Jessica is able to regain her title.
This episode is dedicated to Elaine A. Zane, the mother of casting director Bonnie Zane who had passed away suddenly. Gabriel Macht (Harvey) had the idea to dedicate the episode to her. There will be a season 6 of Suits. Confirmed by Gabriel Macht who plays Harvey Specter.
