The Khan Academy SAT tests are pretty close to the actual test, in my experience. I'd say that if done properly, you won't get a difference of more than 20-30 points between the practice tests and the real one. I managed a consistent 1590–1600 score in the practice tests, and ended up with 1570 in the actual SAT.
