You can withdraw your cash from Premium Bonds at any time via the NS&I website (although it can take up to eight working days for the money to arrive in your bank account).
The easiest way to sell or cash in your NS&I Premium Bonds is by logging into your account online as this is available 24 hours a day. If you applied for the bonds online then you're already registered so all you'll need is to have your details to hand.

If you win, we'll let you know the good news by email or text message. You'll then normally receive your prize money in your bank account by the 7th working day of the month.
When you make a bank transfer, the money takes 2 to 3 banking days to reach your account.

Go to 'Your profile' in the top menu. On your account dashboard, go to the account you want to close and choose 'Cash in' or 'Take money out'. If you have more than one account of the same type, select the one you want to close. Enter the full balance in the amount box and then choose 'Cash in' or 'Take money out'.
