However, to differentiate levels, IGCSE exam is designed so that getting a score of 8-9 requires students to put in a lot of effort and determination to learn. IGCSE does everything it can to prepare students for a more intensive program, so every IGCSE subject has a distinct breadth and depth, requiring students have to learn more deeply.
