Any one or any company selling iPhones in Iran is not selling them legally. There are no authorized resellers in Iran. There is no such thing, anywhere, as an "indirect broker" of Apple products. You are mistaking illegal salesof black and gray market products, or second hand/used sales for legitimately sold retail new products. Apple has no responsibility to support products obtained by anyone outside of their normal supply chain. Just because some web site sells something does not mean it is a legitimate nor retail new item. Web sites all over the world sell all sorts of items obtained illegally or outside of any normal OEM supply.

Apple restricts their legitimate availability of retail new product to their own stores and those of their Authorized Resellers in Countries where Apple does business. And in every such country, Apple either directly supports those products or has made arrangements with Authorized Service Providers to support those products.

If you insist on buying black marker, gray market, blatantly stolen or simply used products in a country where Apple does no business at all, and in which Apple has never authorized anyone to sell their products, then it is nonsense to expect support for those items.

Apple has no responsibility (no company would) for people or companies who obtain products illegally or second hand and resell it to the public. If you buy such a product, you have no rights nor expectations of service for it.

The reason remains the same. Apple does not do any business, at all, in Iran. Apple has never done business in Iran, ever. If you purchased an Apple product in Iran you did not purchase it from Apple nor from any Apple Authorized reseller as no such entities exist in Iran. Since Apple sells no products in Iran, nor authorizes any retailer to sell their products, there is no Apple support or service either.

No company is required or compelled to do business in every country or even everywhere in every country. Businesses are free to decide where they do business, and where they do not. And Iran is not the only country on the planet within which Apple has no presence.

Whether Apple will ever do business in Iran is something only Apple executives would know, and the rest of us will only know if or when Apple announces such a change.

As Apple doesn't do business in Iran, it seems rather far-fetched that Iran could be their best customer.

Apple isn't allowed to do business in Iran.

That is a completely non-sensical statement. Since Apple does not sell anything at all in Iran, nor service anything at all in Iran, Iran is not an Apple customer at all. And never has been.

It seems you dont know any thing about apple business! I mean indirect brokers!

Just visit this online shopping site! Www.digikala.com you can find all of the apple products there.

Unfortunately a considerable percentage of mobile phones in iran is for apple products!

I thought apple could track those!

If Iranian inform about apple business plan and opinion about Iranian

customers wouldn't buy apple anymore! And if iranian dont buy apple

products from every kind of seller, legal or illegal will affect Apple

business!

For examination about this affection just track your products in iran

without thinking about how they sold!

If the Iranian people stop buying Apple devices, this will not affect the overall sales of Apple devices. Since any sale in Iran is illegal, the site selling the device had to purchase it in some other country. If no one buys their product, it only hurts them. It doesn't hurt Apple. Again, since Apple has no business presence, they have no need to track any sales.

Illegal sales of goods does not benefit the company making those goods - many or most of such sales actually deprive the manufacturer of revenue - they do not enhance their business nor sales ledgers.

And how is any company supposed to track illegal or black market sales? Where could they possible get reliable data on such sales? Even law enforcement can only guess at that kind of data. It's patently ridiculous to demand any company track sales over which they have absolutely no control, nor any knowledge of to begin with.

Quite honestly, you're being beyond absurd. A company that literally is not present, at all nor in any manner, in your country owes you and those of your fellow Iranians nothing, not one thing. And you can rant about it all you want, but nobody is going to pay any attention to such a ridiculous protestation.

There is nothing illegal, nor inherently immoral or unethical about a company simply choosing NOT to do business somewhere. Especially when that and other companies have historically been explicitly disallowed from doing business in a particular country due to that country's politics. If you want to rant at anyone, rant at your own country's politicians for placing Iran in such a position in the first place that other nations banned companies from doing business there.
