A broker account will enable you to buy/sell stocks on Tickertape. By logging in to Tickertape with one of the supported broker accounts, you can invest in the stocks you have narrowed down on using the platform.
That said, please note that - Tickertape only acts as a gateway; the actual order goes through your connected broker. The stocks that you buy via tickertape will be credited/ debited to your broker account.
