Grand Theft Auto Online heists were introduced in March 2015, in the Heists Update. The number of available missions increased with subsequent updates in the game's enhanced version. Out of the fewer than a dozen heists available, two stand out in terms of payout.

Compared to other heists, the structure of these two high-profit missions is not overly different. Diamond Casino Heist Payout Is the Highest

The Diamond Casino Heist payout is by far the highest in GTA Online. The rewards for the mission add up to $10.34 million on normal difficulty, and it can go up to $11.37 million, if the heist is on hard difficulty. To embark on this lucrative heist, they need to be a CEO, in a VIP Organization or a Motorcycle Club and own an Arcade, which can be purchased by visiting Lester in Mirror Park in Mirror Park.

Afterward, the players can acquire one of the six properties on the map through the Maze Bank Foreclosures website. While the prices range from $1.23 million to $2.53 million, Pixel Pete's Arcade located in Paleto Bay comes free of charge if the players have linked their Twitch Prime account. That said, the best location for an Arcade Business is in the city because it will save the players a lot of time during the Prep missions.

Once the Arcade is up and running, the players can access three whiteboards in Lester's underground base, each representing one step of the process. The first part of the Setup includes scoping out the casino. The second part consists of scoping out the valuables in the vault. Regardless of the players' desired approach, they should aim for Sultan Classic as their getaway vehicle(s), Gruppe Sechs as an entry and Noose as an exit disguise for optimal results. Along with purchasing a Clean Vehicle and a Gunman Decoy, upgrading the vehicles with bulletproof tires will contribute to a faster getaway.

After exiting the casino, the players should consider escaping through the sewers or using a helicopter that spawns at a nearby police station. Although buyers at a greater distance will require more effort to reach, they will yield another $100,000 on top of base earnings.

Cayo Perico Heist Is Among the Best in GTA Online

When playing The Cayo Perico Heist on normal difficulty, valuables add up to a total payout of $6.20 million and $6.82 million on hard difficulty. It is also worth mentioning that Madrazo Files, the target item that is mandatory and only available during the first run, will raise the initial pay by $1.1 million.

To gain access to this heist, the players need to be a CEO, in a VIP Organization or a Motorcycle Club and meet up with Miguel Madrazo in The Music Locker. He will then instruct them to purchase a $2.2 million Kosatka submarine from Warstock Cache & Carry, which will serve as a base of operation. From there, the players can choose how they want to proceed with the heist and whether they want to go alone and earn less because certain valuables are limited to co-op play.

When scoping out the island, it is highly recommended to locate the Powder Cleaner, which makes guards less aware and responsive after it is dropped into the water towers. Identifying the drainage tunnel while surveying the island is also beneficial because it unlocks the "Cutting Torch" Prep mission, which will help the players enter the premises seamlessly. Support crew can also be hired, but the players will need to make an upfront payment. Airstrikes, sniper, recon or drones are available, provided the players have disabled control tower defenses or infiltrated the premises using a select vehicle.

Aside from primary heist targets whose values range from $900,000 to $1.90 million on normal difficulty, five other valuables are available for the taking, but their worth is based on RNG. Since bag limits are present, the players should always loot Cocaine and Paintings if tackling the heist alone or Cocaine and Gold if playing in a group. As a general rule of thumb, the easiest way to complete the heist is to follow a planned route by entering Cayo Perico through drainage tunnels, limiting the amount of NPC kills to a bare minimum and using the main docks as the preferred exit point.
