This is an expression that is quite specific to the context. Oftentimes, I hear this expression if Person A asks for help (moving something, figuring something out, etc.) and Person B offers to help Person A. Person B says, "I can go get more people to help, if you'd like." Person A can respond by saying, "Oh, no. You're more than enough."
