When are transactions processed? (2024)

All transactions occur following the next New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) close. The Net Asset Value (NAV) for the Funds is calculated on a daily basis, after the NYSE closes (normally 4 p.m., Eastern time).

A transaction requested before the close of regular trading on the NYSE on a business day will receive a trade date of the current day. However, a transaction requested after market close on a business day will receive a trade date of the next business day. These transactions then go through a nightly processing cycle and are generally reflected in the account the morning following the trade date (approximately 8 a.m., Eastern time).

Company stock funds may have early trading deadlines. You may access this information under Invest my money on Plan Rules.
