What’s new with H.E.R.? (2024)

Fresh off a world tour with Coldplay, a starring role in a television adaptation of “Beauty and the Beast,” and an appearance on the cover of Vogue, Grammy- and Oscar-winning artist H.E.R. is back with another new Nationwide ad, her third since May 2022.

The new spot, designed to sound like a pop song with a catchy hook, features vignettes that subtly nod to the many ways that Nationwide is On Your Side for many of life’s major transitional moments.

“H.E.R.’s unique songs and visuals evoke an emotional reaction that helps connect ‘Nationwide’ with ‘protection’ and ‘care’ in the minds of everyone who sees them,” said Ramon Jones, Nationwide’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

The latest spot adds to the collection of original songs that illustrate the many ways Nationwide protects its customers with extraordinary care.

If you could share your story in seven images, what would they be? Nationwide asked H.E.R. to do just that and share it on TikTok. The result is a unique 7 Note Story featuring photos set to H.E.R.’s rendition of Nationwide’s iconic seven-note jingle.

Nationwide and H.E.R: Making Beautiful Music Together
Nationwide and H.E.R began their partnership in May 2022. Known for her soulful song style, H.E.R. (Gabriella Wilson) has followed in the musical footsteps of artists previously featured in theOn Your Side Soundtrackscampaign including Tori Kelly, Rachel Platten, Brad Paisley, Leslie Odom, Jr., and Jill Scott.
