Stanmore Station (TFL) At the northern terminus of the Jubilee line, this is the official car park for Stanmore Transport for London Station.

Unsurprisingly, there are several ways to get to Wembley Stadium. One way is to use the Wembley Stadium train service.

The platform is only a short walk from the stadium. You could make your way to West Ruislip and travel the 13 minutes (some trains take 8 minutes) by train to Wembley Stadium - this costs about £4.

You could even travel from London Marylebone station. This costs about £5.70 or so. Wembley Park underground station is a 9-11 minute walk.

It's on the Metropolitan Line and Jubilee lines in Zone 4. Depending on from where you're arriving, you could go to Wembley Central and walk the 15-15 minutes or so.

This is also in Zone 4, and you can get there also via the Bakerloo Line or London Overground lines.

If you're travelling from Wembley Central to Central London, the distance in time is approx. 26 minutes assuming you're travelling by public transport and using the Bakerloo Line.

If you're travelling from Wembley Park, and using the Metropolitan line, it takes about 14 minutes.

By car Wembley Park to Baker Street is about 10 miles and takes about 40 minutes or so depending on the time of day and the amount of traffic.

Two underground lines go through Wembley Central Train Station -

1) Bakerloo line and

2) the London Overground line.

Wembley Stadium does indeed have a train station.

There are two national rail stations that generally serve Wembley Stadium and the SSE arena: 1) Wembley Stadium and 2) Wembley Central.

You can take a train from London Marylebone Train to Wembley Stadium.

From Wembley Stadium, you can also get a train from West Ruislip travelling and High Wycombe.

Wembley Central station's connections include London Euston, Milton Keynes Central, and Watford Junction, plus the Bakerloo line.

It is fairly easy to get to Wembley Stadium by public transport.

There are many train and tube stations that can get you into Wembley.

There is Wembley Central, Wembley Stadium, Wembley Park, Preston Road, Sudbury Hill, Sudbury and Harrow Road, Sudbury Town, North Wembley.

Use any of these stations to get you as close to Wembley, or not, as you want.

You can use your Oyster Travelcard on our services between Amersham and London Marylebone and between West Ruislip and London Marylebone inclusive (and all intermediate stations ) provided it is valid for the zones you wish to travel in/between.

If you park in a Low Emissions Zone in a vehicle that does not conform to the emissions standards you must pay £12.50 daily when you drive inside the Zone.

Be aware that as the charging operates from midnight to midnight you could be liable to pay twice if you arrive in Wembley (or the zone) before midnight one day and leave after midnight the following morning.

For example, you travel in to watch a boxing match (or some other event at Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena), beginning at 22:00 and leave Wembley at say 01:30 the following day, you have effectively travelled across days and so two payments are due.

It seems, that in some cases, for commercial reasons, the premises from which some businesses operate have been exempted from the Ultra Low Emissions Zone charges of £12.50 per day.

One such place is IKEA in Wembley. This naturally means that shoppers at IKEA will be exempted as IKEA now falls outside of the boundary.

Put another way, the boundary has been adjusted to give IKEA's shoppers an exemption. it is not clear why IKEA is exempted when there are other more sensible examples.

However, the Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) is still in force all across Wembley.

The new Elizabeth Line will brig passengers from Reading through Maidenhead and Slough from the West and Heathrow Terminals into Central London through to Shenfield in the North East and Woolwich and Abbey Wood, in the East all without changing trains.

Visitors to Wembley can use the Jubilee Line from Bond Street or Stratford.

Visitors can also use the Bakerloo line from Paddington to Baker Street then Jubilee or Metropolitan Lines to Wembley Park.

Liverpool Street and Farringdon stations give easy access from the Elizabeth Line to Wembley Park.

Visitors can connect to Wembley Central also via Romford, Forest Gate, Stratford, Whitechapel and Liverpool Street via the Overground network too.
