AmphorA
Windstar’s AmphorA restaurant is the luxury line’s main dining room, which was redesigned in 2012. You’ll find gourmet meals that highlight regional specialties for wherever you cruise. Take the expert sommelier’s advice and pair a terrific wine with your delicious dinners and decadent desserts. Each night, you’ll be presented with several tasty options, including vegetarian choices. Windstar also accommodates dietary restrictions – such as food allergies or gluten-free needs – and prepares special menu items for these guests. Dinner in AmphorA is served between 7 PM and 9:30 PM, all open seating.
Veranda
Windstar’s Veranda dining space is the line’s breakfast and lunch venue. This elegant and airy venue features alfresco space and a buffet bar with fresh treats daily. In the mornings, take advantage of the omelet station while enjoying your morning coffee, or sit back and place an order from the made-to-order breakfast menu. For lunch, check out the Veranda’s gourmet buffet or order one of the day’s unique lunch entrees.
Candles Grill
Dine under the stars at Windstar’s fantastic Candles Grill, which features a varied menu with grilled meats, steaks and skewer dishes. The Candles Grill is complimentary, but reservations are required. Dinner is served between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM – perfect for dining to a beautiful sunset or star-filled sky.
Stella Bistro
Windstar’s Stella Bistro is a new French-inspired dining venue available only aboard the Wind Surf. Stella Bistro is open for lunch and dinner with inspirational dishes such as roasted duck, seared scallops and more – each of which can be enhanced by perfectly paired regional wines.
Deck BBQ
Fresh, local ingredients are brought aboard your Windstar ship and expertly prepared in classic barbecue fashion. Enjoy the intimacy of a backyard cookout, with the service of a 5-star restaurant, and enticing views you can only get on a Windstar cruise.
Room Service
Windstar offers room service 24 hours a day, so you’re always free to relax in your suite and dine in private. You can even order off the regular lunch and dinner menus for the Veranda or AmphorA during dining hours.
