Use Call Blocking for AT&T Phone (2024)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the Digital phone card.
  3. Choose Check or manage voicemail & features in My Voicemail & Phone features.
  4. Select Call Blocking under Call Filtering.
  5. Select On or Off.

Heads up: Turning off call blocking won’t delete your list of numbers. You can start blocking calls again at any time.

  1. Go to your myAT&Taccount overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the Digital Phone card.
  3. Choose Check or manage voicemail & features in My Voicemail & Phone features.
  4. Go to Call Blocking and enter the number you want to block in the Add Number field.
  5. Select Add and then Save. You can add up to 100 numbers to your list.

Good to know: To remove a number from the block list, select the X next to the number and then Save.
