I'm here to answer your questions for today,TBell2.
You need to individually edit prices and cost your non-inventory and other product types. And, here are the steps you can follow:
- Go toSettings⚙, then selectProducts and Services.
- Find the non-inventory item you want to change.
- SelectEditin theAction column.
- Update the Sales price/rate and Cost fields, then click Save and close.
About syncing images, I recommend contacting Shopify. They can check if you can bulk upload images to QuickBooks.
For your future task, you may find below reference helpful:
- Change product and service item types in QuickBooks Online
- Change the account for a product/service item.

For both of questions, you need an additional app to do so. They acquired this app last year.
