I need some advice from other BB58 owners. Got mine since march this year, great watch, love it, really happy about it but on the long run, I've started to notice/realize something. Tudor website says we should be able to wind the watch around 30 times when you pick it from a fully stop position after a period without using it. On mine, I can't do more than around 7/8 full turns before finding a strong resistance that stops me from trying to wind more than that. The type of resistance that usually indicates the watch is fully winded. My BB58 is like that from the start. I've never been able to wind it more than that.
Honestly, I'm a bit surprised about the 30 times recommendation from Tudor, I've got others watches, some manual wind only, and none of them require that much. I might be around 20 on my vintages Omega and my Stowa Antea KS for example. But still, 7 to 8 for my BB58 seems quite low though.
What do you think of it? Is that normal? Should I drop it at my AD for further inspection?

I don't own a BB 58, but that certainly doesn't seem right. It could be worth checking out especially if it is under warranty.

I have two 58’s. Both of them I can wind as much as I want, the resistance is the same regardless
I usually wind my BB58 atleast 30 times before wearing. I don't experience any resistance

Thanks y'all for your answers. Seems like mine is faulty on this very point. I'll drop it at my AD this sunday with my Tudor Prince Date+Day which has started to make an awful rotor noise since this week. I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the brand atm.. My two Tudors which are both way less than a year old need already repairs.. Not acceptable at this price point.
All moderm automatic watches should have a slipping bridle on the main spring so you shouldn't be able to overwind it. If you can only wind it 8 turns there is an issue
How long is it running from a full wind before it loses power (stops ticking)?
I‘m able to wind my black bay 58 30x from rest without encountering that you’re experiencing.
Also possible it’s not sliding into the correct position (unscrew, quarter turn clockwise and it will pop to position 1)

@jonathandubosemiller I'm currently doing a test about this. Will see soon how long it last.
Honestly, I'm doing exactly as they show on the YT video. Unscrew, crown pop in first position, wind it clockwise easily, few turns, watch start to run, and then to go further I'll have to apply force which is a big no no.
One thing I have to add : Basically, most of the time if the watch is still running I just can't wind it manually. It feels like I can wind manually only when there are a few hours left in power reserve. After reading y'all I'm convinced there is something wrong with my movement.
Will see what the AD says about it anyway.
