So, what’s the job? Located in Omaha you will oversee product renewal and product changes for products offered by Travelex Insurance Services. In this role, the Product Manager conducts margin analysis, industry/market research, and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability. The Product Manager will work as a facilitator between the various internal business departments to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately. The Product Manager leads regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes. The Product Manager manages pricing changes, pre-empts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes developed to support the new product. This role services a positive influence as the department endeavors to execute on its four areas of responsibility.

What We Ask Of You Role Responsibilities: Adherence

• You will serve as the department project manager for the implementation of product renewals
• You will create and posts product produced documents and systems loads for renewals
• You will manage implementation of policy updates
• You will provide quality assurance for product-created documents for new product launches
• You will participate in rates and enrollment path technology testing
• You research and prepare the plan of action for audits related to renewals and policy edits
• you will collect needed content for litigation related to renewals and policy edits and distributes accordingly
• You review and validate documented product operational procedures
• You serve as the secondary on language communications - review and approve customized partner language and monitor product communications of issues.

Product Innovation

• You review and approve renewal proposal content for designated Sales opportunities

Education and Understanding

• You serve as the secondary for product benefits and process clarification inquiries as assigned
• You also serve as the content subject matter expert for renewal products and policy updates

Program Performance

• You collect data, analyzes, and distributes specialized product performance data
• You will negotiate specialized product changes accordingly
• You review and approve product proposal content for designated Sales opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or marketing
• Experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to understand, present, demonstrate, and ensure understanding of product, procedure, and technology solutions to decision makers and staff at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated project management skills, group facilitation skills, time management skills, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain persistent, assertive and outgoing in all business activities
• Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
