When it comes to choosing where to live in Hull there are so many options, but which is the best area to live?
Previous data has shown that the southwesterly part of Kingswood including streets like Runnymede Way and Chevening Park is the most affluent area of the city. They come out on top when indicators such as income, employment, health, crime levels and the living environment are considered.
And according to Garrington’s Best Places to Live survey, three areas across Hull and East Yorkshire where 'most improved. It measures each location across four categories – physical environment, quality of living, architecture/heritage and going green.

But unfortunately for our city, Hull was voted one of the worst places to live in 2022 by ILiveHere. While Hull might get a bad rep sometimes, plenty of people come forward to defend what a great place it is to live.
