MY EXPERIENCE USING HOMEFREE:
We need to rewind first. About half a year ago, we realized it was time to have our tub re-caulked. It was cracked and not only did it look horrible, it was creating a risk of water damage behind the tub. So, I did as most of us do... I searched around in the local Facebook groups, I googled, I went on Yelp. I spent HOURS over a week or so finding a handful of people and then I called and emailed and did my best to get quotes. Several people came out, others quoted from the photos. I finally chose a company and they scheduled me for the repair TWO MONTHS LATER. And then a week before the job, they canceled saying they would reschedule. Months went by. No word. Totally ghosted.
