Teeka Tiwari was born in the United Kingdom and is a foster child. When he was 16 years old, he moved from his native country to the United States. It is said that he had nothing but his clothes and $150 with him when he landed.
Tiwari disliked school and dropped out of Queen’s College after only two weeks. He put in long hours and became the youngest employee at Lehman Brothers years later. This was how his career started. By the age of 20, he had risen to the rank of Vice President of Shearson Lehman. This ignited the determination that propelled his career over the next fifteen years.

After having a little taste of success, Teeka got “greedy” and wanted more. As a result, he shorted certain stocks and held them for a long period. This was the beginning of his downfall.
