Why isn’t my IRS Form 8283 signed?

The “Donee Acknowledgement” in Part IV of the form is only for contributions described in Section B, Part I of the form. Fidelity Charitable has only filled out Section A, Part I of Form 8283. Therefore, it is not required for Fidelity Charitable to sign the “Donee Acknowledgment.”
