Sending money out of Nepal

Hi helpful and knowledgeable people on Nepal forum.
My EBC tour company owes me USD100, (long story). I asked them to send it into my Australian bank account. They now tell me that it is impossible to send money from Nepal to my bank in Australia.
Have any of you had money sent by somebody in Nepal to your bank account in you country? Are they telling me rubbish just to keep the money. They want to keep the money so they can deduct it form my next adventure in Nepal. However, I would not use this company again when I come to Nepal.
