Selling Sunset's Davina Potratz infamous $75million listing is unsold (2024)

There are a few things you can rely on in life – laundry is always going to need doing, taxes are required to get paid and Davina Potratz’s $75million house listing will remain unsold.

It all began way back in series three of Selling Sunset which was aired in 2020, when an ecstatic Davina informed her Oppenheim Group colleagues about her new impressive listing.

The insane property, which belonged to the real estate agent’s client Adnan Sen, boasts a cool seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a home cinema, a wine cellar, a gym, and one of Beverley Hill’s biggest pools. Plus, a separate guesthouse with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Her bubble was almost immediately burst by boss Jason Oppenheim, who told Davina that the home was overpriced. She persisted and managed to list at her client’s desired price with the brokerage.

However, years later the multi-million-pound mansion is still up for grabs, if anyone has a spare 75 mil (around 60million in GBP) laying around and fancies it.

Those who visit the Oppenheim group’s official website will find the property’s listing and the famous hefty price tag. It is unclear whether Davina is still attached to the listing.

It is described as a ‘sprawling Beverly Hills contemporary estate on over 1 acre of land, recently completed with meticulous attention to design and detail.’

They also add it has a ‘seamless indoor/outdoor flow,’ which is a favourite phrase used often in the Netflix series.

Davina previously spoke exclusively toMetro.co.ukabout the luxurious pad.

‘Adnan is still a client,’ she told us in 2020. ‘He’s a great client and he’s very well aware that the listing is overpriced, but I think he is open to negotiating and potentially working together more.’

Meanwhile, Davina’s boss Jason explained that he wished season three had shown him praising Davina for landing the listing in the first place.

‘I think what the series focused on was my frustrations over the price, but what I would have liked it to show was my compliments that Davina deserves for bringing in the biggest listing we’ve ever had,’ he said.
