Singer Rihanna returned to the stage yesterday, February 12th, for the sought-after Superbowl Halftime Show slot in Glendale, Arizona. And, if her comeback was not already enough to make headlines, the singer's representatives later confirmed she is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky

The Grammy Award-winning singer, who is known for her songs Umbrella, We Found Love and What's My Name has made a new for herself as a hit-maker and businesswoman (owning makeup powerhouse Fenty Beauty), but her multi-million dollar property portfolio suggests she's also no stranger to the real estate industry.

Unsurprisingly consisting of some of the world's best homes, Rihanna's estate collection spans from her native Barbados to Beverly Hills and Wilshire Corridor, also aptly known as the 'millionaire's mile.' Here, we investigate her most notable properties.

Rihanna's homes in Beverly Hills

Rihanna owns two neighboring mansions in Beverly Hills that she purchased in early 2021. The first $13.8 million home, which Rhianna also offered for rent (for $80,000) later that year, has five bedrooms, and 5,909 square feet of living space across one of the most expensive zip codes on the west coast.

The first home also includes a luxe courtyard (with ample room for entertaining around the firepit) and a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and two kitchen islands.

Rhianna later purchased a second (slightly smaller) neighboring home for $10 million. This estate has four bedrooms and an impressive swimming pool – and even though photos of the property are sparse – we expect it's also a trove of stylish decorating ideas fit for the singer of a generation.

A penthouse in Century City

Not far away from her Beverly Hills home, minutes in fact, Rhianna owns a penthouse in Century City, Los Angeles, where she reportedly spent much of her time during the coronavirus pandemic.

According to Hello! Rhianna's apartment sits atop a prestigious 42-story tower that is also home to Friends star Matthew Perry and singer Paula Abdul. The building has a 75-foot pool and (inevitably) high security to protect its residents.

Property on the Wilshire Corridor

Rihanna's collection of homes in Los Angeles also expands to the Wilshire Corridor, a road known as 'Millionaire's Mile' – surrounded by 'the golden triangle' (Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Holmby Hills).

Little is known about her Wilshire Corridor home, but she likely lives in one of the 30 tony high-rises along the (roughly) one-mile stretch of road that is frequented by actors, singers, and billionaires.

Also, in nearby West Hollywood, Rihanna previously owned a Spanish-style villa she purchased in 2017. She did, however, list the four-bedroom property only a handful of months later for $2.85 million.

Rihanna's villa in Barbados

It is perhaps no surprise that Barbados native owns one of the most impressive villas on the island, reportedly located by the beachfront on the west of the Caribbean country.

The $22 million home, which sits amid a luxury resort (often visited by celebrities, including Simon Cowell), is one of eight properties on the complex. It boasts five ensuite bedrooms, an impressive marble entryway, a dressing room, and a private terrace that overlooks the southeastern Caribbean Sea.

The resort similarly includes sprawling manicured gardens, a swimmingpool, a gym, and a private chef who is likely on hand to cook for the singer during her residence. It is also located close to the five-bedroom property she bought for her mother in 2012.
