Log into your account and follow the recovery instructions that pop up from the notification. Once you do that, LinkedIn will review your account. If there is a mistake, the restrictions will be lifted. It may take up to 5 days for LinkedIn to review your account.

Even if LinkedIn states that your profile is permanently restricted, there's still a way out. Reach out to LinkedIn support agents to seek help in regaining access to your account.

Note: Deleting your LinkedIn account will permanently remove your profile, connections, recommendations, and any associated data. Make sure you want to proceed with this before doing so.
